I've got a Golden Ticket!

So Campaign 4 started today and it has some fantastic offers inside. It's packed with so many multi-buy offers on Shower Gel, Bubble Bath and Moisturising Creams.

But the most exciting promotion is the Golden Ticket Give away!

Avon are giving Golden Ticket's with every purchase of Lipsticks or Lip Crayon from pages 4 - 11 of the Brochure. Every ticket is a winner and you can win Cash Prizes, Holidays, Straighteners, iPads, Shopping Trips and so much more!

In this blog I will be mainly looking at some of the Lip Crayons and Lipsticks which are on the promotion and also the NEW Irresistibly Sexy Range of Lip Crayons.

Now I am always unsure about Lip Make up as I am always far too paranoid that it is either really sticky, or will fade after a matter of minutes. I am still not convinced in fairness.

But the True Colour Lipstick Range comes in such a fantastic amount of shades and styles that I couldn't resist.
It's Avon's number 1 selling Lipstick, the colour is so vibrant it is absolutely stunning on. I have the Scarlet Siren shade and I love it.

It has the Avon brand engraved into the side and the transparent lid giving you a clear view at the true colour which I know is a big advantage.

The Matte finish of the Scarlet Siren gives your lips a rather nice moisturising feel. Even after you take it off.

The only problem I find, is that I am still so careful about the colour fading, especially as it's quite a vibrant colour as it is. I wouldn't eat or drink for fear of it smudging which could be my own personal paranoia as opposed to the Lipstick in general.

Now the Ultra Colour Lip Crayons are a fabulous invention that work as both a Lip Liner and Stick in one.

The Crayon itself is chunky and retractable both are huge advantages.

My eyesight isn't brilliant at the best of times and the chunkiness of the Crayon makes it easier for me to apply the lip liner.

The shade I have is Risqué Rose which itself is very subtle but with a hint of sparkle too. It's not as noticeable as the True Colour but the shades are both different from each other.

I am waiting for the delivery on the bolder Reddy for Me shade which I will review when it arrives.

The retractable feature of the Crayon does save a lot of sharpening which is another great idea. I've always hated sharpening pencils as I feel the don't look as appealing once they have been sharpened to half their size.

It doesn't feel as nice on the lips as the True Colour though sadly, It does leave my lips feeling very dry which is the few down-falls of this product.

My favourite range of shades are the new Irresistibility Sexy Valentines inspired Lip Crayons. They work exactly the same as the Ultra Colour Crayon however they are non retractable which is a down side.

The colour however of the Red Vixen shade is STUNNING! It is my absolute favourite despite the fact the colour does not last that long.

It is my favourite shade though I am still yet to try the others.

So in all, all three ranges have their benefits and flaws. There is no clear winner out of these though if we compare the feel of the lips the True Colour wins overall.

In terms of wear I would recommend Avon's Extra Lasting range, though I haven't tried it myself it is least likely to fade as well as the others.

I will be trying the new Ultra Colour Absolute Lipstick range at a later date.
